As an essential service, we are open for business and have created a plan to continue to provide safe and efficient delivery services to our customers.

As our country and world continue to watch and be impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic, we want to share with you how we are responding. At the heart of everything we do are people: customers, vendors, retail partners and employees. While the health and safety
of all those involved are always our highest priority, it is especially important during this time.

We are maintaining extremely high standards for cleaning, following the CDC’s recommendations, as well as OSHA’s guidance on preparing the workplace for COVID-19. We have implemented additional protective steps and are committed to maximizing the safety of our team and customers. We will continue to monitor the safety recommendations of the CDC and OSHA and update our procedures as necessary.

Utilizing the CDC guidelines, all employees will receive training in the following areas:

  • Respiratory etiquette: Covering your cough or sneeze.
  • Proper techniques for handwashing, utilizing hand sanitizer, latex gloves and face masks.
  • How to watch for and identify the symptoms of Coronavirus.
  • How to protect yourself & others from Coronavirus.
  • How the virus spreads.
  • Social distancing.

Delivery Processes:

  • All employees will have a temperature scan prior to the beginning of their shift. Any employee that is sick or is displaying symptoms of illness will not be allowed to work.
  • Any employee that develops symptoms of illness during a shift will immediately be removed from work.
  • The high contact areas of the trucks are sanitized inside and out at the beginning and end of every shift and consistently throughout the day. This process will be documented and tracked for strict compliance.
  • Delivery personnel are required to sanitize hands before entering a vehicle, and before and after each delivery.
  • Delivery personnel are required to wear a fresh pair of gloves for each delivery.
  • Delivery personnel are required to wear a face mask during every delivery.
  • All delivery receipts will be verbal confirmation.

What we’re asking from our customers:

  • We ask that all customers clean and sanitize common surface areas in their home or office prior to the arrival of the delivery team and again after the team has completed the delivery.
  • We ask that customers reschedule their delivery if anyone in their home or office becomes sick or has any symptoms of illness.
  • Customers will be asked to maintain at least 6 ft distance between themselves and the delivery personnel at all times.

If this is not possible for any reason we ask that you reschedule your delivery.

Our office and warehouse:

  • All employees will have a temperature scan prior to the beginning of their shift. Any employee that is sick or is displaying symptoms of illness will not be allowed to work.
  • Any employee that develops symptoms of illness during a shift will immediately be removed from work.
  • The high contact areas of the office and warehouse are sanitized at the beginning and end of every shift and consistently throughout the day. This process will be documented and tracked for strict compliance.
  • Each office work station will be sanitized at the beginning and end of each shift along with several times each day. This process will be documented and tracked for strict compliance.
  • Drivers making deliveries to the warehouse will enter the building through the warehouse. Driver will not be allowed to enter the office.
  • Drivers entering the warehouse will be asked to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet between themes and our warehouse personnel.
  • Drivers entering the warehouse will be asked to wear a mask.

Affordable!

Showed up on time, were polite and picked Everything up and took it away!   They were affordable and sent me a copy of the dump receipt when they done!

I would recommend them anytime!

They were great!

These guys just delivered some furniture that I had purchased off Craigslist, and they were great!  Very responsive and professional, and even sent me a text with a link where I could track the driver.  The guys who showed up put blankets across my door frames and some of the furniture pieces were saran-wrapped for protection; others were transported in blankets.  I'd definitely use them again.  The price seemed reasonable but I didn't get multiple quotes since the first few people I called were all booked up.
